For Entrepreneurs
O-Bless is a platform to publish your next big idea and find the financial support it deserves. The platform aims to iron out an entrepreneur’s or a creator’s journey into becoming a success story. This platform leverages social networks and internet to offer entrepreneurs a transparent means to receive funds. We provide an opportunity to support businesses and new technology from the earliest stages of its development.
O-Bless offers a platform to entrepreneurs to tell their stories, create a business plan, and share their journey with the potential funders. We understand that the creators would want to control how the work comes together around their business idea. Hence, we have a strict policy of funders, not forcing recipients to change their message.
We firmly believe that innovation and creative expression is vital to a healthy and vibrant society. Creativity inspires creativity, and we want creative individuals to get encouraged and drive the funding campaign. We want the ideas to accelerate and escalate into successful organizations. Financially, backing a crowd funding idea on O-Bless platform is like helping a work-in-progress idea realize its full potential.
Our mission is to create a community that is conducive to creativity. Create an account to tap into our community. Reach out to friends and family and other early supporters. Win over the community members and let the project take the snowballing effect. O-Bless allows you to reach out to the other community members for support.
OHS is the largest humane society in the Northwest, and adopts more animals from its Portland shelter than any other single-facility shelter on the West Coast. OHS puts no time limits on how long animals remain at the shelter—a pet stays available for adoption for as long as needed to find a loving home. If a pet in the care of OHS needs medical attention, the OHS veterinary hospital provides the pet with same level of care you would want your own pet to receive.
Central to this mission is our belief in diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of our work and service. A broad lens of equity and diversity has a positive impact on the animals in our care, and helps us better serve clients, employees, volunteers and our entire community.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is the largest animal rights organization in the world, and PETA entities have more than 9 million members and supporters globally.
PETA opposes speciesism, a human-supremacist worldview, and focuses its attention on the four areas in which the largest numbers of animals suffer the most intensely for the longest periods of time: in laboratories, in the food industry, in the clothing trade, and in the entertainment business. We also work on a variety of other issues, including the cruel killing of rodents, birds, and other animals who are often considered “pests” as well as cruelty to domesticated animals.
PETA works through public education, investigative newsgathering and reporting, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns.

As Scotland’s animal welfare charity, we’ve been on-hand to protect animals and prevent cruelty for 180 years. Over almost two centuries, we’ve grown to become a national charity which celebrates the strength of the human-animal bond and enriches the lives of animals and people.
Our animal rescue officers are Scotland’s very own emergency service for animals in dire need of urgent help. With a presence across the country, our animal rescue officers are able to adapt to all manner of usual and unusual rescues and save thousands of injured animals every single year.
From dramatic incidents such as rescuing trapped animals to more typical jobs, there’s no challenge to daunting for us when it comes to getting an animal to safety. Whether pets, wildlife or farm animals, we are the first responders for animals in danger in Scotland.

We have neutered & spayed over 1600 dogs and cats to date and we need you help to continue our mission. Please consider making a donation today.
Our impact is three-fold:
- Animal Welfare: Prevention of stray animals that suffer from hunger, animal cruelty or get killed by cars. Also, less stray animals mean that each of them will have a higher chance of finding a home.
- Public Health: The highest concentration of stray animals are in the poorest areas where children are also vulnerable to the diseases transmitted by different bacterias or viruses.
- Economic Relief for Pet Owners: Many underprivileged pet owners are concerned about their pets reproducing because they wouldn’t be able to afford taking care of the offspring and don’t have the resources to pay for a surgery.

HSSA appreciates our supporters. You value animals and encourage the exchange of information about adoptable animals, you find them homes through our shelter, you attend our events. You volunteer, donate, and are the backbone of what we do.

The Humane Society of the United States complements the work of local groups and animal rescue leagues by focusing on national-level issues like ending the puppy mill industry, strengthening cruelty laws and eliminating large-scale animal abuses. We also run programs and spearhead campaigns designed to ease the burden on local sheltering groups.
