The International Dyslexia Association is located in the northern Baltimore suburb of Towson, Maryland. We are approximately 30 minutes from Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) Airport. The office is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. The office is closed during federal holidays and for one week during the annual conference.

Since I.U.P.A.’s beginning, the organization has become one of the most influential voices for law enforcement in the political arena. We have always aided in drafting legislation impacting the lives of not only our membership, but the law enforcement and labor community as a whole. Our legislative initiatives include the National Police Officers Bill of Rights, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) for public employees, educational survivor benefits and armor vest grants, to name a few.

FINANCIAL WORKSHOPS
IIG hosts interactive, blended learning financial workshops each year at each school. Over the three years, girls learn the "B.I.G" concepts: Budgeting, Investing, and Giving. Through our online portal, girls are able to access workshop materials anytime. IIG is able to teach through multiple forms of media. Goal: Teach girls the important financial concepts and 'FINGLISH' (Financial English) they will need to be financially independent and successful.
